Rose is a qualified solicitor-advocate who specialises in commercial litigation, with particular expertise in media and publishing litigation. She qualified as a barrister in 1993 after gaining experience in media-related litigation 2 Garden Court and subsequently at 1 Brick Court. In 1997 she was admitted as a solicitor and has previously gained experience at Olswang and David Price.
Rose has been involved in a number of high profile matters, including the civil claim for damages by the victims of the Omagh bomb against the Real IRA. She has also advised both companies and individuals in contentious claims covering a wide variety of areas such as defamation, confidence, copyright, employment and contractual disputes.
