Arbitration is becoming an ever more important means of resolving substantial disputes between companies. Its advantages include confidentiality as well as a universal means of enforcing an arbitration award under the New York Convention.

 

Our arbitration experience includes the following:

• Acting on behalf of a UK company in an LCIA arbitration in London arising out of a software agreement
