We have significant experience of UK insolvency procedures and we have acted on behalf of liquidators and creditors in a number of insolvencies.  In addition, Charles Fussell acted on a number of high-profile liquidations whilst at Herbert Smith, including Independent Insurance. 

 

Given our low charge-rates relative to our competitors, we are able to take on relatively low-value cases in an efficient and cost-effective way.  We are often instructed by our clients to recover unpaid debts and other outstanding sums in the most effective way possible.  We have a very good track record of achieving a satisfying outcome for our clients in this area.
