Catherine was admitted as a Solicitor in September 2017 and joined Charles Fussell & Co LLP as an Associate Solicitor.

Prior to qualifying, she undertook a Training Contract at Lester Aldridge LLP, where she focussed on Litigation, gaining experience in a variety of Commercial and Civil Dispute Resolution and Insolvency claims.

Catherine has been involved in a number of High Court matters, including successfully gaining a worldwide freezing order and disclosure orders for her banking client, and defending clients in contractual disputes in the Companies Court. Catherine was regularly instructed by Administrators and Liquidators on general Insolvency matters and contentious disputes, often regarding bringing claims of Misfeasance and breach of Director’s duty.

Prior to converting to law in 2012, Catherine had a career in Human Resources at McKinsey and Company, and she started her career working for a Joint Venture between the Post Office and Bank of Ireland where she advised on a number of employment issues.
