Charles Fussell & Co instructed to bring £40 million claim arising out of series of profit-sharing agreements

Charles Fussell & Co has been instructed to act on behalf of an individual in his dispute with his former business partners. The parties entered into a number of agreements, including agreements for commission to be paid to the prospective claimant, an agreement for an equity share in a newly acquired bank, and certain committee fees. The value that the prospective claimant envisages recovering as a result of the claim is in the region of £40 million.

Charles Fussell and Oliver Cox will be involved in this matter.
