Harry is a commercial disputes solicitor at Charles Fussell LLP, with two years of post-qualification experience specialising in competition damages litigation, civil fraud, and commercial disputes.

Harry is currently the primary associate advising the claimant on a landmark £200m+ standalone competition damages claim. He has been heavily involved in the matter through multiple stages, including the successful navigation of complex disclosure and procedural applications, and most recently a Court of Appeal decision.

Harry has also contributed to a reported successful jurisdiction challenge in Federal Republic of Nigeria v Shell and others, worked on substantial multi-million dollar construction arbitrations, and secured a successful reported summary judgment application.

Before joining Charles Fussell LLP, Harry completed the BPTC in 2017 and worked in the Dispute Resolution department at Slaughter and May, where he assisted on a wide range of litigation and contentious regulatory matters. During that time, he also volunteered as an advocate at the Free Representation Unit.
