Harry joined Charles Fussell & Co in October 2020 as a paralegal and began a training contract with the firm in March 2022.

Before joining the firm, he completed the BPTC in 2017 and spent time working in Slaughter and May’s Dispute Resolution department, where he assisted with a wide array of litigation and contentious regulatory work. Over that period, he also volunteered as an advocate at the Free Representation Unit.

Harry has been involved in many of Charles Fussell and Jonathan Cohen’s matters, including a standalone claim against a tech giant for a breach of competition law, a reported successful jurisdiction challenge in Federal Republic of Nigeria v Shell and others, a multimillion dollar construction arbitration and a successful reported summary judgment application.
